A new client and a new challenge. A client new to us but not new to aviation brings it's own challenges. Our client engaged our services to assist with the purchase of a new aircraft and see it through interior refurbishment and a new paint scheme, a challenging project given the scope of work and tight schedule. Aircraft Refurbishment Programme

With this project, we helped our client through the design and production of a refurbished aircraft interior, we acted as the liaison between the client, design house and maintenance organisation, in order to deliver within agreed timescales, a fully certified and fitted interior, ready for a new owner. In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. Stepping into a project half way through can be a challenging prospect, however that is what we were asked to do with this aircraft. We worked with our client to complete an interior refurbishment and new paint, all alongside corrosion repairs, engine maintenance and presenting the aircraft to the authority for a new CofA....a challenge accepted and completed within the specified timeframe.
